Local Shipping

Local Shipping within Hong Kong will be around 5-7 days and it will be handled by SF Courier tracked service. ​

Free Shipping in Hong Kong with order over HK$500. Purchases under HK$500, buyer will be responsible to pay for courier fee.

International Shipping

  

In light of the current global situation, international shipping cost is more expensive than usual and delay may occur.  We cannot control the delivery time but orders will be shipped out from warehouse within 5-7 days.  All orders shipped outside of Hong Kong are considered as international shipping. Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on Monday to Friday only. If national holiday falls between Monday to Friday, they will be handled on the next working day(s). All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day(s).
